    Is SOS built only for restaurants?

    Yes. SOS is designed exclusively for restaurants that offer daily meals on weekly or monthly subscription plans.

    White-label App includes what?

    100% white-label.
    It will carry your restaurant’s name, logo, and branding. Your customers will not see SOS branding under app.

    Is the website included?

    The website module is coming soon and will be connected to the same admin panel as the app. You will be able to manage both app and website customers from one system.

    How does WhatsApp integration work? Is it Free?

    WhatsApp integration is optional and not mandatory. A nominal fee applies for enabling this feature. Once activated, all customer communication happens via WhatsApp, including:

    Does SOS support coupon codes and offers?

    Yes. Restaurants can create coupon codes, Run discount campaigns, Offer extra days or renewal benefits. All managed directly from the admin panel.

    What happens if a customer doesn’t select a meal?

    If a customer fails to select a meal within the 48-hour cutoff, the system will Auto-assign a meal, Notify the restaurant, Mark it clearly as AUTO ASSIGNED. This avoids last-minute surprises.

    Can customers pause meals or change selections?

    Yes. Customers can Pause meals for selected days, Change meal selections within allowed time. Restaurants can also limit pause days if required.

    Can the kitchen see what to prepare in advance?

    Yes. SOS provides daily kitchen reports showing Exact meal quantities, Customer preferences & allergies and special notes. This helps chefs prepare accurately and reduce food wastage.

    Is custom development possible?

    Yes. Custom development is possible depending on the type and scope of changes required. Any additional development or customization will be quoted and charged separately based on requirements.

    Are hosting charges included?

    Yes. Hosting is included in the subscription. This covers AWS hosting, domain connectivity, and SSL certificates — no extra hosting costs.

    Can you connect my payment gateway?

    Yes. We can integrate your payment gateway. You will need to provide the payment gateway API credentials and documentation

    Is there any setup fee or long-term commitment?

    No. There is no setup fee and no long-term commitment. You can subscribe anytime and cancel anytime. We only request 15 days prior notice so we can prepare and share your data.

    Is customer data secure?

    Yes. SOS follows secure data handling practices and provides role-based admin access to ensure only authorised users can manage sensitive information.

    Can I see the system before subscribing?

    Absolutely!
    We encourage you to see the system in action, explore the features, and understand the flow before making any decision. Don’t take our word for it, judge the product yourself.

    Do I need to purchase Google Play and Apple App Store developer accounts?

    Only if you want to. If you prefer not to incur this additional cost, we can publish the app under our developer accounts at no extra charge.

    What is your refund policy?

    Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
